Cookie policy | EdZola

A simple explanation of the essential services and optional visitor analytics used on EdZola’s website.

Our approach

We keep website tracking limited. The site works without optional analytics, and Zoho SalesIQ visitor tracking stays off unless you choose Allow analytics.

Your choice is saved in your browser so we do not ask on every page. You can change it at any time using Privacy choices in the footer.

What we use

Necessary website services

These services support features you choose to use:

  • EdZola privacy preference: browser storage remembers whether you allowed analytics. This preference is stored on your device and is not used to identify you.
  • Zoho CRM web form: when you send an enquiry, the details you enter are sent to Zoho CRM so EdZola can respond. Supporting form-security resources may load on pages containing the form.
  • Zoho Campaigns: when you choose to join the newsletter, the details you enter are sent to Zoho Campaigns to manage the subscription and unsubscribe requests.

Optional visitor analytics

If you allow analytics, Zoho SalesIQ may use cookies and similar identifiers to recognise visits, understand pages viewed, referral information, device/browser details and approximate location derived from an IP address. EdZola uses this information to understand whether the website is useful and where it needs improvement.

Zoho documents that some SalesIQ visitor identifiers can remain for up to two years. Other operational and consent cookies have shorter periods. See Zoho SalesIQ’s cookie information for its current list.

Opting out

Choose Only necessary on the privacy notice, or open Privacy choices in the footer at any time. When you opt out, future pages will not load SalesIQ visitor tracking. If SalesIQ is already active on the current page, EdZola also calls Zoho’s official tracking-off function.

You can also clear stored website data or block cookies in your browser. Blocking optional tracking does not prevent you from reading the site or contacting EdZola.
